As a VAS-Return Customer Service Employee, your role will involve a variety of tasks aimed at providing excellent service to customers while managing returns efficiently. You will play a crucial part in maintaining customer satisfaction and ensuring smooth operational processes.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Handling customer inquiries related to returns and exchanges through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
- Processing return requests by verifying customer information and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Collaborating with logistics teams to coordinate the return of items, ensuring timely pickups and deliveries.
- Updating customer records accurately in the system to reflect return statuses, exchanges, or refunds.
- Assisting customers in understanding the return process clearly and addressing any questions they may have.
- Monitoring return trends to identify potential issues or areas for improvement in the service process.
- Providing feedback to management regarding common customer concerns or suggestions for enhancing the overall customer experience.
- Maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor while interacting with customers, even during challenging situations.
- Managing multiple tasks simultaneously while prioritizing urgent requests efficiently and effectively.

- Shift allowances: • Saturday: 50% • National holidays: 100%
- Travel allowance: €0.23/km, up to 9,20 per day (40kms)

- Have good communication skills in English (spoken and written)
- Have your own accommodation and transportation to get to the GXO in Roermond
- Are availability to work Monday to Friday, 07:00 – 16:00.
- Are a team player and enjoy active work
- Female candidate preferred
- revious experience in customer service or a similar role is an advantage.
