An exciting opportunity for a Workforce Management Representative which provides high quality consultation and business process support to employees and leaders regarding workforce management programs & services and is empowered to resolve HR inquiries on these subjects. We are organized per country cluster; in this role you will serve our Spanish, Italian and Portugal clients. Your main responsibilities include follow-up on policies and processes such as data inputs, employment letters, contract administration, onboarding and offboarding administration, and collaboration with local HR business partners.

What do you do?

Do you have the ambition to be our Workforce Administration Representative?

  • Provide consultation and support for all assigned inquiries regarding workforce management processes. 
  • Handling HR inquiries, identifying and delivering solutions to employees and People leaders. 
  • Ensure high levels of customer service.
  • Engages in maintaining documentation of operating policies, guidelines, and procedures. 
  • Create and maintain (compliance of) documentation of work processes, guidelines, and procedures.

This is who you are

This is what we are looking for in our Workforce Administration Representative

Education
  • A minimum of a vocational degree in a related field 

Experience
  • Experience in HR Administration is preferred 
  • Ability to effectively work through other people and be collaborative, cross-functional and diplomatic.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work with a sense of urgency in a highly dynamic environment.

Other Qualifications
  • Fluency in English and good verbal, reading and writing skills in Spanish (minimum B2 preferred).
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel. 
  • Experience with Workday, ServiceNow, SAP, or other HRIT systems is preferred. 
  • Works independently, is self-motivated and accountable 
  • Ability to work towards deadlines 
  • Customer service mindset
