    In terms of recruitment, Wiertz has demonstrated excellent performance — the team is very efficient, available, and clear throughout all stages of the process. Regarding the accommodation, it would be desirable to improve the basic conditions and ensure greater care with the hygiene and overall maintenance of the house. Additionally, the use of bicycles as the main means of transportation during the winter is not ideal, as employees are often exposed to rain and no rain gear or appropriate equipment is provided.
