As a facilities employee in the Oss area, you are responsible for ensuring that various facilities processes within the company run smoothly. You ensure that all areas are tidy and functional, so that flex workers can live in a pleasant and safe environment. This includes regularly checking that all equipment is working properly and carrying out minor maintenance work yourself or coordinating it with external parties.
You will be responsible for managing the stock of facility supplies. This involves keeping accurate records of what is available and ordering new materials in good time so that everything is always in stock.
You will also play an important role in welcoming new flex workers and monitoring safety within the building. You will supervise access control and ensure that flex workers feel welcome without compromising company rules. You will also be the point of contact for emergencies, defects, and planning, making arrangements, monitoring work, and making adjustments where necessary to ensure quality.
You will work closely with various departments to optimally tailor facilities to their needs.
An important aspect of this position is that you proactively contribute ideas for improvements within facility processes. By picking up on signals from flex workers and coming up with appropriate solutions, you contribute to an efficient working environment in which everything runs smoothly.
In short, your work as a facilities employee includes:

Wat krijg je?

  • A gross monthly salary between €2,550 and €3,300, depending on your experience and education
  • 30 vacation days, with the option to sell a portion of them

Dit ben jij

Dit zoeken we in onze Facility Employee

  • Experience working with labour migrants 
  • Proficiency in both Dutch and English
  • A completed MBO education, preferably in a facility-related field
  • A valid driving licence and your own transportation
  • Availability for a 40-hour work week
  • Willingness to work one weekend per month, with overtime compensated during the week
  • Availability to work occasional evening shifts according to a fixed schedule
