Are you ready to take the next step in your production career? As an Assistant Team Leader High Care, you will support the team leaders, guide employees on the production floor, and help ensure that production runs smoothly and according to schedule.

Wat ga je doen?

Heb jij de ambitie om onze Assistant Team Leader High Care te worden?

  • Coordinate daily activities across multiple production lines and ensure good handovers
  • Guide, instruct, and motivate production employees
  • Monitor production planning, quality, hygiene, and safety
  • Ensure production lines are correctly set up and ready for the next order
  • Perform basic preventive maintenance
  • Support new employees during their onboarding
  • Help maintain HACCP, GMP, BRC, Food Defense, and safety standards
  • Think along with the team about process improvements

You will work 5 days per week in a 2-shift system:
  • Early shift: 06:30–15:30
  • Late shift: 15:20–00:20

Flexibility is required as shifts may occasionally run longer during busy periods.

 

Wat krijg je?

  • Salary between €2,912 and €3,481 gross per month, depending on experience
  • Shift and irregular-hours allowances, including up to 100% on Sundays
  • 8% holiday allowance
  • €0.22 per km travel allowance, up to 30 km one way
  • 26 vacation days + option to buy 3 additional days
  • 11.85% employer pension contribution

Dit ben jij

Dit zoeken we in onze Assistant Team Leader High Care

  • Relevant experience in a production environment or similar supervisory role
  • Good command of English, spoken and written
  • Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, BRC, and occupational health & safety, or willingness to learn
  • Good Microsoft Office skills
  • Comfortable working in a cold production environment of around 4°C
  • Able to stand and walk for most of the working day
  • Flexible to work in a 2-shift system, including weekends and public holidays
  • Willing to actively work on the production line
