For an international logistics organization located in Venray, we are looking for an experienced Facility Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for the overall management of the building and all related facility services at the site.
You will ensure that the facility operates safely, efficiently, and within budget. The role also has a strong client-facing element, as you will act as the main point of contact for facility-related topics. In this position, you will report directly to the Site Manager and manage one Facility Coordinator who is responsible for operational and hands-on facility tasks.

  • Manage all facility-related activities at the site, including building maintenance, repairs, and technical services
  • Plan and monitor the facility budget, including cost planning and financial control
  • Coordinate and manage external suppliers and service providers
  • Act as the main contact for the client regarding facility-related matters
  • Ensure the building infrastructure supports smooth day-to-day operations
  • Identify improvement opportunities related to building maintenance and facility services
  • Manage and support Facility Coordinator(s)

Dit ben jij

Dit zoeken we in onze Facility Supervisor bij GXO Logistics

  • Proven experience in facility management, preferably within a logistics or operational environment
  • Strong technical understanding of building systems and maintenance processes
  • Experience with budget management and cost control
  • Experience coordinating vendors and technical service providers
  • Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written (essential)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience managing or coordinating a small team is an advantage
