We are looking for an Operator for our High Care department. Together with your colleagues, you will ensure that the production lines run smoothly and that fresh products are processed safely, efficiently, and according to high-quality standards.

As an Operator, you will be responsible for keeping the production line running efficiently. Your tasks include:
 
  • Starting and closing production orders in the system and monitoring production progress
  • Changing packaging materials between orders to minimize downtime
  • Performing metal detection tests and other quality checks
  • Guiding and instructing production employees on the line
  • Identifying and reporting deviations in production, quality, hygiene, and safety
  • Keeping the production line, machines, and workplace clean and organized
  • Setting up and dismantling machines and equipment for product changes
  • Working closely with fellow operators and production employees to achieve the required production output.

You will work 5 days per week in a 2-shift system:
  • Early shift: 06:30 – 15:30
  • Late shift: 15:20 – 00:20

During busy periods or seasonal peaks, your shift may occasionally run longer. Flexibility is therefore important.

Wat krijg je?

  • Salary between €16,54 and €21,04 gross per period, depending on experience;
  • Attractive shift allowances, including up to 100% on Sundays;
  • 8% holiday allowance
  • €0.21 per km travel allowance, up to 30 km one way
  • 26 vacation days + the option to buy 3 additional days
  • 11.85% employer pension contribution;

  • The possibility of a direct contract with the client, depending on performance and suitability.

Dit ben jij

Dit zoeken we in onze Operator – Early & Late Shift

  • Has experience in a production environment
  • Is technically minded and able to operate and perform basic maintenance on machines
  • Works accurately and has a strong eye for detail
  • Takes responsibility for product quality and safety
  • Is flexible and willing to work in a 2-shift system
  • Has a good command of English
  • Is physically fit and comfortable standing and walking for most of the working day
  • Is comfortable working in a cold production environment of around 4°C
