For the PLUS Distribution Center in Oss, we are looking for a Returnables (Emballage) Employee who will ensure that returned packaging materials are processed efficiently and correctly.

What will you do?
As a Returnables Employee, you will be responsible for processing and sorting returned packaging materials and reusable transport items. Your tasks will include:
  • Sorting crates, pallets, roll containers, and other returnable packaging materials.
  • Inspecting returnable materials for quality and usability.
  • Processing returned goods according to established procedures.
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workplace.
  • Working closely with colleagues to ensure smooth daily logistics operations.

Working Hours
You will work on a rotating schedule:
  • Morning shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
  • Afternoon shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
  • Night shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

 
Salary
  • €16.09 per hour (for employees aged 21 and over)

Shift Allowances
In addition to your base salary, you can earn attractive allowances of up to:
  • 25% allowance
  • 50% allowance
  • 75% allowance
  • 100% allowance

The applicable allowance depends on the working day and the hours worked.

What are we looking for?
  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You are physically fit and enjoy active work.
  • You work accurately and have a strong focus on order and safety.
  • You are flexible and available to work in shifts.
  • Experience in logistics is an advantage, but not required.
  • You have your own accommodation and are able to travel to the Distribution Center independently.
