As a Production Team Leader (SMD), you will lead a team within a high-tech manufacturing environment. You ensure smooth daily operations and manage output, quality, and continuous improvement. With your leadership skills, you place the right people in the right positions and achieve production objectives.

  • Do you have the ambition to become our Production Team Leader – High Tech?
  • Lead, motivate, and coach the SMD production team
  • Monitor production planning, output, and quality
  • Manage daily performance and reporting
  • Optimize the use of personnel, machines, and materials
  • Contribute to team development, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives

Dit ben jij

Dit zoeken we in onze Teamleader Production - High Tech

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a leadership role within manufacturing
  • MBO+ level of working and thinking, preferably in a technical field
  • Experience with performance management and team coaching
  • Interest in process improvement and Lean / continuous improvement
  • Good command of the English language
