What do you do?

Do you have the ambition to be our Operator – Maastricht (2/3 Shift System)?

As an Operator, you are responsible for keeping the production line running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Setting up and operating bakery machines
  • Weighing and mixing raw materials
  • Monitoring and adjusting dough for optimal quality
  • Troubleshooting minor technical issues
  • Working according to the production schedule
  • Keeping your workspace clean and hygienic

You work in a modern production environment where quality and food safety are essential.

  • Starting salary of €16.58 gross per hour
  • After 26 weeks: €17.83 per hour
  • Shift allowances:
    • 18:00 – 03:00 → 138%
    • 03:00 – 06:30 → 139%

This is who you are

This is what we are looking for in our Operator – Maastricht (2/3 Shift System)

  • Experience as an operator, baker, or in the food industry is a plus
  • Technical insight and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to work in a 2- or 3-shift system
  • Good command of English or Dutch
  • Own transportation
  • You are accurate, flexible, and proactive

Working hours


You will work in shifts:
  • 05:30 – 14:00
  • 13:30 – 22:00
  • 21:30 – 06:00

Occasional weekend work may be required.
