Are you customer-focused, commercially minded and comfortable handling a variety of customer requests? As a Commercial Excellence Analyst, you will join an international Customer Information Group within the process industry. In this role, you are the first point of contact for customers, channel partners, prospects and other stakeholders, helping them with questions about products and services.
You will work in a dynamic environment where customer service, technical knowledge and collaboration come together. Together with colleagues from different departments, you make sure customers receive the right information and support.

Heb jij de ambitie om onze Commercial Excellence Analyst te worden?

As a Commercial Excellence Analyst, you will handle customer questions and requests through both email and telephone. These may relate to technical or regulatory information, samples, literature and other product-related topics. You make sure every customer enquiry is handled accurately and documented according to the agreed service standards.
 
You will also:
  • Provide excellent customer service and contribute to a positive customer experience.
  • Use your business and process knowledge to continuously improve service levels.
  • Recognize commercial opportunities and act on them when appropriate.
  • Work closely with Product Stewards, Regulatory, Sales and Customer Service teams.
  • Manage a varied and sometimes complex workload, making sound decisions about priorities.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment where knowledge sharing and continuous improvement are encouraged.

Wat krijg je?

You can expect a gross hourly salary between €25 and €30, depending on your experience and background.
In addition, you will receive:
  • A 13th month
  • 28 vacation days
  • Travel expenses covered
  • A full-time position of 40 hours per week

Dit ben jij

Dit zoeken we in onze Commercial Excellence Analyst

  • A relevant MBO 5 equivalent education.
  • Previous experience in customer service, customer support or a similar role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and at least one Eastern European language. German is preferred.
  • The ability to communicate clearly and professionally with both customers and internal stakeholders.
  • A commercial mindset and a proactive, go-getter attitude.
  • Good computer skills and experience working with systems such as CRM, SAP and Microsoft Office.
  • The ability to remain calm under pressure and prioritize effectively.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work with different teams and stakeholders.
  • A customer-focused attitude and an eye for opportunities to improve processes and service.
