Line Facilitator Duties include: 
  • Solving process issues; 
  • Administering defects in an issue tracker;
  • Participate actively in structurally improving the production process based on the core metrics data and in consultation with the Team Leader; 
  • Look for improvements within your own area but also at other departments;
  • Clear communication to all stakeholders. 

Wat krijg je?

  • Fulltime 40 hours position;
  • Salary €16,05  (excluding a shift allowance of 7.5%);
  • Travel allowance of 0,21c per km (unlimited kilometers);

This is a full-time position. The working days are Monday to Friday, and you'll work 5 days in two shifts. You also need to be available at Saturdays sometimes. 
The working hours are from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm and from 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm.

Dit zoeken we in onze Logistics Employee Line Facilitator bij Boston Scientific

  • Education level: MBO II level or relevant work experience;
  • At least 3 years of recent work experience, gained in a warehouse/distribution center or other logistics environment; 
  • Affinity with, and insight into, processes and technology;
  • Knowledge of and experience with SAP, WM6, Word, Excel and Power Point; 
  • Good communication skills, spoken and written, in English language; 
  • Good social skills; 
  • Able to adapt to shifting priorities; 
  • Zero mistakes mentality; 
  • Flexible mentality towards work times; 
  • Continuous improvement attitude;
