As a Warehouse Employee, you have an important role in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and delivered on time. Together with your colleagues, you contribute to a smooth and efficient logistics operation every day.

Your responsibilities may include:
  • Picking orders using a handheld scanner;
  • Packing and preparing orders for shipment;
  • Loading, unloading, and handling boxes;
  • Processing incoming goods;
  • Stacking and moving products on pallets;
  • Checking orders for accuracy and completeness;
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workplace.

You will be working with products from a leading international sports brand in a fast-paced environment where a wide range of sporting goods are handled every day.

Working Hours
You can work in a two-shift system:
  • Morning shift: 06:00 - 15:00
  • Afternoon/Evening shift: 15:00 - 00:00

Prefer fixed hours? There is also the possibility to work exclusively in the morning shift (06:00 - 15:00). Occasional Saturday work may be required.

Wat krijg je?

You can expect:
  • €14.99 gross per hour
  • 8% holiday allowance
  • Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometre, up to €9.20 per day
  • 50% shift allowance on Saturdays
  • 100% shift allowance on Sundays
  • 100% shift allowance on public holidays
  • 25% allowance between 19:00 and 21:00
  • 35% allowance between 21:00 and 00:00
  • 45% allowance between 00:00 and 06:00

We are primarily looking for motivated people who enjoy hands-on work and being part of a team.

To be successful in this role, you should:
  • Be able to communicate effectively in English;
  • Have your own accommodation;
  • Be able to travel independently to GXO in Heerlen;
  • Be available for either the two-shift schedule or the fixed morning shift;
  • Be willing to work on Saturdays when required;
  • Enjoy physically active work;
  • Work accurately and responsibly;
  • Be a team player with a positive attitude.

Previous warehouse or logistics experience is an advantage, but your motivation and work ethic are just as important.
