What do you do?

Do you have the ambition to be our Assembly Operator - Hightech?

As a Technician Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling complex technical systems and modules. You ensure that products are accurately built according to technical drawings and work instructions.

Your tasks include:
  • Assembling mechanical and electromechanical modules and systems
  • Working according to technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions
  • Building cabinets, subassemblies, and components
  • Performing quality checks and measurements
  • Identifying deviations and contributing to improvements
  • Collaborating with colleagues from production, engineering, and quality departments
     


You will work in a two-shift schedule:
  • Morning shift: 06:00 – 14:15
  • Afternoon shift: 14:15 – 23:00
  • Friday: until approximately 20:30

  • For this role, we are looking for a technician with attention to detail and an interest in high-tech production:
  • Affinity with technology or assembly work
  • Experience assembling machines, modules, or technical products is a plus
  • Ability to read technical drawings, or willingness to learn
  • Accurate and quality-focused working style
  • Hands-on mentality and a sense of responsibility
  • Good command of English (international working environment)

About the employer

In an advanced production environment in the Eindhoven region, you will be involved in the entire electronics process, from the first concept to the final product. Here, precision technologies such as Surface Mount Technology (SMT) are widely used.
An SMD Technician, or Surface Mount Device Technician, plays a crucial role in this type of company, especially when it comes to the production of electronic circuit boards, also known as PCBs (Printed Circuit Boards).
