As a Process Controller, you play a central role in ensuring smooth warehouse operations. You are responsible for allocating orders, releasing work to the warehouse floor, balancing workflow, and ensuring that inbound and outbound truck turn times meet company standards. You will monitor processes, assign tasks, and adjust operations to maintain efficiency across replenishment, picking, packing, and shipping activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and assess Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Warehouse Control Systems (WCS) to optimize workflow efficiency.
  • Identify inefficiencies in replenishment, picking, put-wall, packing, and shipping processes; make adjustments to waves and labor as needed.
  • Ensure balance between order queue management, workflow allocation, and task completion.
  • Execute and manage waves in the warehouse management system.
  • Maintain a safe work environment in accordance with GXO Health & Safety standards.
  • Contribute to initiatives that reduce environmental impact, including energy, water, and fuel usage, as well as emissions and waste.
  • Comply with all legal, GXO, and industry standards while supporting continuous improvement initiatives

Dit zoeken we in onze Process Controller

Requirements
  • Intermediate Vocational Education in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of operations experience in a similar role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English.
  • Knowledge of LEAN warehousing principles.

 
Skills & Competencies
  • Able to read and comprehend English work instructions independently.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience operating material handling equipment and RF scanners.
  • Personal accountability and commitment to completing tasks efficiently.
  • Team-oriented with excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to direct and coordinate workflow with colleagues effectively.
  • Calm, disciplined, and focused under pressure, with a customer-centric mindset.
